BMU Student Excels in International Martial Arts

British Management University proudly recognizes the outstanding achievements of first-year student Javokhir Karimov, who continues to represent the university with distinction in international and national martial arts competitions.

At the Kickboxing World Cup held in Bangkok on April 8, 2026, Javokhir delivered an impressive performance, earning a gold medal in Point Fighting (74 kg), as well as two bronze medals in Light Contact (69 kg) and Point Fighting (69 kg). These results add to a series of recent victories. At the International Kickboxing Championship in New Delhi, India, on February 6, 2026, he won two gold medals in Light Contact (69 kg) and Point Fighting (69 kg).

Shortly after, at the Republic Kickboxing Championship in Jizzakh on February 11, 2026, Javokhir secured two more gold medals in Light Contact (63–69 kg) and Point Fighting (69 kg). He also demonstrated excellence in taekwondo by winning gold in Sparring (70 kg) at the Republic Taekwondo ITF Championship held in Tashkent on March 29, 2026.
