Scholarships and Grants Overview

The University provides a range of financial support schemes for students at the Foundation, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate levels.

  • English Proficiency Rules: For all scholarship considerations, applicants must meet both the overall IELTS (or equivalent) score and the minimum component requirements. Applications that fail to meet individual component scores will not be eligible.
  • Validity: Language certificates must be valid at the time of application and should normally be no older than two (2) years.
  • Terms and Conditions: All grant conditions, maintenance requirements, and revocation criteria are governed by the University’s Tuition, Grants, and Scholarships document and are binding on all recipients.

The State Scholarship (100%)

Specific regulations apply to the State Scholarship as per national requirements:

  • External Administration: This scholarship is administered exclusively through the State Testing Centre of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

  • Application Process: Interested candidates must apply through the official state system rather than the Universitys internal portal.

  • Selection: BMU enrolls students based strictly on official lists provided by the Ministry; the University does not independently assess, rank, or select recipients for this specific award.
